General Conditions of Sale (HashtagJesus)

Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the HashtagJesus network. A "client" is any natural or legal person placing an order with HashtagJesus that is validated via our secure payment platform or through other accepted methods such as bank transfer or cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit
Age restrictions apply: HashtagJesus accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars). We take steps to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. While our content is designed to inspire and uplift, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of fully engaging with our mission.

Any subscriber to our newsletter or customer not meeting these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database once brought to our attention. Similarly, any customer who does not meet the age criteria will be refunded, and any related products must be returned.

Article 2: Orders
Any order placed on a website belonging to HashtagJesus implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price
All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollar) , inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping and order processing fees. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is required at the time of the order, including for pre-order items. You can pay via major credit cards or other accepted payment methods, such as PayPal or Stripe. International bank cards (Mastercard or Visa) are accepted. Secure online payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment data is encrypted for security during transmission.

Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided during the order process. Please ensure the accuracy of your address details, especially your postal code, to avoid delivery issues. The risks associated with delivery transfer to the customer once the items leave our premises. In the event of a lost package, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure you receive your product or are reimbursed under the applicable warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data
In compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data concerning you. By placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter, you acknowledge and agree to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These general conditions of sale and any purchase or sale transactions they refer to are governed by Malaysian law.
